The finer details

  • Welcome rewards are issued once when you unlock a new Tier, for use on a future purchase (not the qualifying order). Each may be redeemed once within 90 days.
  • If one purchase unlocks more than one Tier, you receive the welcome reward for the highest Tier only.
  • Welcome rewards exclude discounted gift packs, Signature Sets and bundles, sale and already-discounted items, gift cards and other promotions, and cannot be combined with other codes.
  • Complimentary deliveries and gift boxes are allocated per 12-month membership period, apply to eligible orders and destinations, expire at the end of the period and have no cash value.
  • Qualifying spend is calculated in GBP and is adjusted for refunds, cancellations and returns.
  • The Birthday Surprise is at our discretion and may vary.
